Alumni Interview with Habteab Agraw
In the next YEEP-Alumni interview series, here is a video interview with Habteab Agraw. Habteab was one of the YEEP-2018 participants and came up with the business idea of establishing a video production firm with his team members. Since then, the idea has evolved into an advertising business for small businesses and corporate organizations in Ethiopia. In this video, Habteab explains how the team is helping out local companies break into the market through innovative advertising solutions.

Here is a video interview with one of our YEEP-2017 participants Geremachew Wagaye from Ethiopia. Geremachew has been working on his business idea in the Education sector since his graduation. In this interview, he shows us a glimpse of his workings and plans at Ethio-SciTech Engineering Group which develops educational supportive materials for students from grades 7 to 12.
Alumni Interview with Liyu Gudissa
As part of our interview series with YEEP Alumni, Liyu Gudissa from Ethiopia who was a participant of YEEP-2019. Since the YEEP week, Liyu alongwith his team has been working on his idea of modern Enset (also known as Ethiopian banana or false banana) processing. Traditional Enset processing methods, which is used as a food source in Ethiopia, are tedious and inefficient. This is why Liyu’s team is working on a new technology to increase the efficiency and productivity of the process.
